不以無罪為有罪 would not have condemned the guiltless

Exodus 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. bondage: Heb. servants
第1st誡 Commandment
出埃及記 20:3 「除了我以外，你不可有別的神。
Exodus 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
第2nd誡 Commandment
出埃及記 20:4 「不可為自己雕刻偶像，也不可做甚麼形像彷彿上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。
Exodus 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

第4th誡 Commandment

詩篇 1:1 不從惡人的計謀，不站罪人的道路，不坐褻慢人的座位，
Psalms 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
詩篇 1:2 惟喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜思想，這人便為有福！
Psalms 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
簡單來說 to make it simple, 每一個 each 人 person 先 first 是面對 faces 罰 punishments, 沒有得罰 if there is nothing to be punished for 然後 then 看 look into 有沒有 if there is 得賞 the reward, 因為 because 神 God 萬不以有罪為無罪 will not at all acquit the wicked。
