"China" 基礎於"仲國" 那亞伯拉罕和一些他的親戚是迦勒底人。  就此"chi-na"表示"迦勒底人的後人”, 不同於其他迦勒底人的姓氏(陳及更多), 當然其中也有些是亞伯拉罕及他的親戚的後人。


"China" was based on "Second nation of Abraham" that Abraham and some of his relatives were Chaldean.  It was then "chi-na" meant "children of Chaldean" that was different from others with Chaldean family names (Chen, Chan, and more) that certainly some are of Abraham and the relatives of Abraham.

詩篇 111:10 敬畏耶和華是智慧的開端;凡遵行他命令的是聰明人。耶和華是永遠當讚美的! 
Psalms 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments : his praise endureth for ever.

羅馬書13:3 作官的原不是叫行善的懼怕,乃是叫作惡的懼怕。你願意不懼怕掌權的嗎?你只要行善,就可得他的稱讚;

羅馬書13:4 因為他是 神的用人,是與你有益的。你若作惡,卻當懼怕;因為他不是空空地佩劍;他是 神的用人,是伸冤的,刑罰那作惡的。 
Romans 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. 
羅馬書13:5 所以,你們必須順服,不但是因為刑罰,也是因為良心。 
Romans 13:5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

明白到 understand 甚麼 what 是 is 錯 wrong 與 and 不對 amiss 的權柄 authority 並 and where the purpose of  神 God is 的目的的所在。 
羅馬書 13:1 在上有權柄的,人人當順服他,因為沒有權柄不是出於 神的。凡掌權的都是 神所命的。 
Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 
羅馬書13:2 所以,抗拒掌權的就是抗拒 神的命;抗拒的必自取刑罰。 
Romans 13:2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

律法 ordinances of God vs 法律 ordinances of man 
機會 the chance 過去 passed by 不 would not 再來 come again, 機會率 the probability 被 is controlled by 機會 the chance 所牽制。 
機會 the chance 與 as well as 機會率 the probability 都 are both 在 under 律法之下 the ordinances of God, 但 but 不是 not able to be criticized or judged by the ordinances of man 法律所能或可以去評審的。 
歲月 time 不留人 preserves no one 也 also 不饒人 would not make anyone last, Where is the purpose and worth of 評 the criticizing 審 and the judging 的目的與價值何在呢? What is the use of 法律 the ordinances of man 的用處何在呢? 
"我是自有永有的 I AM THAT I AM" = "我是 I AM" 永遠 forever 是 it is 現在式 the present tense, 永遠 forever 是 it is 在前於 in front of 遠遠的將來 far future 的現在式 as the present tense。

律法的目的 the purpose 與 and 用處 use of the ordinances of God 在於 is on 世世代代一同評審 criticizing and or judging all generations together, 
評審的目的 the purpose of criticizing and judging 是 is 有關 relating to 一個國家的將來 the future of a nation (舉例 for example 來說如 as the sin of 掃羅王 King Saul 所犯的罪), 有關 relating to 一個 the 家族的將來 future of a family tree (舉例 for example 來說如 as the sin of 大衛王 King David 所犯的罪), 有關 relating to 一個人的將來 the future of a person (舉例 for example 來說如 as the sin of Moses 犯罪致使 lead to 摩西的曠野四十年後 after 40 years in the wilderness 卻 yet 不得 not allowed 過到 to cross over to 那 that 應許之地 Promise Land)。 
律法 the ordinances of man 是 is 用 use 在 on 永遠的判決上 being judged once for forever, the judgment 是 is 在 basing on 人一生中 what took places in life 的心思意念 in the thoughts 與 and 行為 in the deeds 上作出的判決, 是在 it is about 人一生中許多 a lot of 的判決 the judgements in the life 後再加 added 上 on 一個 a 總 final 判決 judgement。每個 each 判決 judgement 都是 is 神聖的 holy、公義的 righteous 、不錯的 not wrong、絕對的 absolute、無可推諉的 cannot decline。
